ICN Hosts Member Forum
Palo Alto, CA, July 22, 2003 - The
Interim CEO Network held its Member Forum at the Garden Court
Hotel in Palo Alto, California. These quarterly face-to-face
events are designed for Member networking and professional
development.
Paul Crisci, Managing Director, Broadview
International, spoke on trends in software mergers and acquisitions.
Paul is a member of Broadview International's Software, Services
& Media global practice group, and head of the firm's
Silicon Valley office. He has a total of 17 years of operating
and investment banking experience. With significant expertise
in enterprise software, Paul has advised on more than 40 transactions.
Among clients Paul has advised are SupplyBase in its $390
million sale to i2 Technologies, Rubric in its $330 million
sale to Broadbase Software, Amplitude Software in its $225
million sale to Critical Path and Bluegill Technologies in
its $286 million sale to Checkfree. Prior to joining Broadview
International in 1994, he held various marketing management
positions with Silicon Graphics. Earlier, Paul was in sales
and marketing at IBM. He holds an MBA degree from Harvard
Business School and a BS degree from the University of Maryland.
