Ludlow joins Captara
Corporation as Permanent CEO
Captara Corporation is the leading provider of enterprise
lease management solutions. The company's web-based tools,
online marketplaces, and expert services enable corporate
borrowers and funding sources to finance equipment with lower
costs, streamlined process, and superior results. Rick was
previously CEO of ViewCentral, Inc. Prior to ViewCentral,
he held various sales and marketing management positions at
Headlight, Vuent, Supplybase, Hewlett-Packard, and Premenos.
Canaan Partners and Crosspoint Venture Partners are lead investors.
Peter
Klante joins HyPerformix,
Inc. as Permanent CEO
HyPerformix, Inc., based in Austin, Texas, is a systems management
software company that helps IT customers predict and prevent
application performance and capacity problems before they
impact their business. They use modeling technology to ensure
the performance of applications in all phases of the life
cycle, from architecture and design throughproduction. Peter
was previously CEO of Resolution EBS. Prior to Resolution
EBS, he held various marketing management positions at 724
Solutions, TANTAU Software, Vignette, and Fulcrum Technologies.
Morgan Stanley Venture Partners and M/C Venture Partners are
lead investors.
Tom
Vadnais named to Traffic.com,
Inc. Board of Directors
Traffic.com® (Nasdaq:TRFC) is a leading provider of accurate,
real-time traffic information in the U.S. based on the quality
of its traffic data and the extent of its geographic coverage.
Traffic.com offers detailed traffic information, including
specific speeds, travel times and delay times. A sophisticated
traffic information management system allows Traffic.com to
process information in real time and deliver customized reports
to large numbers of radio, television, Internet, wireless,
and in-vehicle navigation system users. Tom has served on
the board of ValueClick (Nasdaq:VCLK), an Internet advertising
company, since it acquired Mediaplex, where he was CEO, in
2002. He also has an operating role at ValueClick as EVP of
several divisions. Prior to joining Mediaplex, he was the
Executive Vice President of Professional Services for Compuware
Corporation; President and COO of DPRC, prior to its acquisition
by Compuware; and President and COO of Tascor, Inc., a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Norrell, Inc., where he was also a member of
Norrell's board of directors. His early career was at IBM
(23 years) in various sales, marketing, and operations management
roles.
Dennis
McKenna joins SGI
as Permanent CEO
SGI, also known as Silicon Graphics, Inc. (OTC: SGID), is
a leader in high-performance computing, visualization, and
storage. Dennis completed a successful interim CEO assignment
for ICN at SCP Global where he completed a sale to Applied
Materials. Previously, he was the founding CEO of ChipPAC
which was spun out of Hyundai. Over seven years, he built
this into a large public company and sold to STATS for $1.6B.
Prior to ChipPAC, Dennis held general management positions
at Hyundai Electronics America and Oki Semiconductor. His
early career was in sales at TRW Electronic Components and
E.I. DuPont – Berg Electronics Division.

Fazio joins InnoPath
Software , Inc. as Permanent CEO
InnoPath Software, Inc. (formerly DoOnGo Technologies)
is the industry leader in providing over-the-air (OTA) mobile
device software management. Today, more than 60 million handsets
feature InnoPath’s update-ready technology and over
2.5 million more handsets are shipped monthly. Prior to joining
InnoPath, John was the CEO of Venturi Wireless for over three
years and President and CEO of Shoreline Communications. VantagePoint
Venture Partners, Mitsui Venture Capital, and Nippon Venture
Capital Corporaiton are lead investors in InnoPath Software,
Inc.

Rick
Goerner joins Qspeed Semiconductor, Inc. as Executive Chairman
& Board Member
Qspeed is a developer and supplier of specialized
semiconductor parts for power-related applications. The company's
initial products are power factor correction chips operating
at high voltages. The company has launched initial products
and has several customers in the sampling stages. Located
in Santa Clara, CA, the company is raising a B round of capital
to support volume roll out of their initial parts and the
development of additional products. Rick is currently an industry
consultant, providing interim President/CEO expertise. Rick's
previous experience includes President & CEO at TransDimensions,
Inc.; President & COO of the Storage Products Group at
Texas Instruments; and COO at Silicon Systems, Inc. Adams
Capital Management is the lead investor.
Ed
Molkenbuhr joins RadarGolf,
Inc.
RadarGolf's Ball Positioning System™ technology
helps you locate your golf ball quickly enabling you to save
time, penalty strokes, and reduce the frustration of search
for golf balls. Most recently, Ed was the CEO of SupplySolution,
Inc., a leader in inventory management for large automotive
and medical equipment companies (now TradeBeam, Inc.). Prior
to SupplySolution, Ed served as President & COO of Eloquent,
Inc. (Nasdaq:ELOQ), which is now part of Open Text Corp.;
and CEO of Avesco Media Group, the U.S. subsidiary of the
British-based Avesco Plc (ASO.L). Ed also started and oversaw
the growth of the Parts and Services Division of ADP (NYSE:ADP)
as SVP and General Manager.

Schroeder joins Astoria
Software
Astoria Software is a leading developer of XML content management
solutions. The company’s mission is to simplify the
effort and reduce the costs of publishing the world’s
most complex, business-critical content and documents. Mr.
Schroeder has over twenty-five years experience in high-tech
senior management with the last ten years as CEO of software
companies. Most recently, he led Crosslogix to a successful
sale to BEA and Resonate to a successful IPO. Astoria is backed
by Prism Venture Partners, The Goldman Sachs Group, Blueprint
Ventures, Asia Pacific Technology Partners, Ticonderoga Capital,
and Crystal Ventures.
Emily Liggett
joins Apexon,
Inc.
Apexon is an enterprise software company that helps manufacturers
reduce costs by improving quality throughout their supply
chain. Unlike SAP and other ERP vendors who focus “inside
the four walls,” Apexon leverages the net to focus on
suppliers “outside the four walls.” Capturing
quality data from suppliers systematically helps reduce costs
in many ways by scoring and reporting results, improving supplier
selection, speeding new product intros and reducing warranty
costs. Emily was previously interim CEO of Capstone Turbine
(NASDAQ: CPST), an Interim CEO Network client. Prior to Capstone
Turbine, Emily was Managing Director of Tyco Ventures following
Tyco’s acquisition of Raychem. Emily spent sixteen years
at Raychem, most recently as CEO of Elo Touchsystems, a Raychem
subsidiary. Menlo Ventures, Accel Partners, and Foundation
Capital are lead investors in Apexon.
Cindy Padnos
joins Nextance,
Inc.
Nextance provides enterprise software that helps large companies
manage their contracts and the many revenue, cost, and control
commitments they contain. The company is on a rapid growth
track with many customers. Cindy joins to stabilize the team
and drive execution following the resignation of the former
CEO. Cindy has over six years of CEO experience. Most recently,
she completed two interim assignments at Moonlight Systems
and Placeware. Previously, she was founder and CEO of Vivant,
a services procurement software company sold to Evolve; and
CEO of Acumen International, specialists in software used
by enterprises for employee job performance and appraisal.
Her early career is rich in sales and marketing roles in enterprise
software companies like Scopus, IDE, and Ingres. Lead investors
in Nextance include Onset Ventures, El Dorado Ventures, and
21VC Partners.
