Indeed, some candidates have been "entrepreneurs in residence" at local venture firms. Given this background, The Interim CEO Network can offer the following specific benefits to the potential Member:

1.	Aggressive marketing to a more diverse selection of opportunities.
	The Interim CEO Network attracts a broader selection of deals than any single individual.
	Our marketing of your talents is "always on." When you're working, it's hard to be lining up the next assignment. We do this for you. Finally, we act as your agent when negotiating terms. Top talents in other fields employ agents to create a market for their talents and get them the best deal. Members tell us this benefit is not only valuable financially, but it removes a lot of hassle from their lives and improves their relationships with the investors.
2.	The Interim CEO Network, LLC (the "Fund").
	For many Members the most attractive attribute of The Interim CEO Network plan is the opportunity for diversification using the Fund. Our plan calls for each ICN Member to place a portion of the equity received as compensation into The Interim CEO Network LLC Fund. Instead of holding 100% of the single deal you worked, you'll own a pro rata share of all the deals in the Fund.
3.	More resources to help you win.
	One of our strongest assets is the collective strength of the ICN team. The diverse functional, technical, market, channel, and financing experience of the Members brings a broad perspective to the challenges facing our clients. Each ICN Member can call upon others to help solve any client problem. Our on-line Member Community facilitates interaction and we have regular Member Forums, face-to-face gatherings for Member networking and professional development.
	In addition, our association with David Powell, Inc., an executive search firm with over twenty-five years of experience and contacts, gives The Interim CEO Network an edge in helping you assemble a winning team for your company.

The Commitment

You commit to let us represent you. As a Member of The Interim CEO Network, you need to be available to take on assignments rapidly. You always have the right to accept or reject a specific project. The Interim CEO Network will handle all billing. Our Members normally receive cash compensation of $20,000 to $40,000 per month plus substantial equity.

We commit to find you the best deals possible, keep the deals flowing, negotiate maximum value for your services, and deliver the benefits of diversification for your equity compensation.

We understand that many of our most valued potential candidates are hesitant to commit to anything organized, as they have been successful "lone rangers" in the past. Our hope is that by keeping bureaucracy to the barest minimum, attracting the highest quality people, and keeping the interest and "fun-factor" high, we can create an organization that is respected and provides significant capital gains. There is no binding agency agreement between us.
